As IDDEF (Federation of Associations that Value Humanity), we are delivering emergency aid to the Gaza Strip, which is under siege from air, land, and sea and subjected to genocide by the occupying Israeli regime. Our aid convoy to Gaza continues to deliver medicine, medical supplies, food, and water to hospitals, schools, and our oppressed brothers and sisters. We are ensuring the limited delivery of aid through Egypt via the Rafah Border Crossing and from Jordan.
Since October 7, 2023, the terrorist state of Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip have martyred 66,097 of our brothers and sisters, while around 200,000 have been injured. As the second year of the attacks and genocide begins, a glimmer of hope has emerged for our Palestinian brothers and sisters — a ceasefire has been established between Gaza and Israel. Now is the time to restore and rebuild Gaza, especially by meeting urgent food needs. Over 600 aid trucks will enter Gaza daily. These efforts will also include repairing infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage), restoring hospitals and bakeries, removing debris, and reopening roads.

As IDDEF, we continue working tirelessly to end the suffering, heal the wounds, and help Gaza rise again — supporting the heroic struggle of our Palestinian brothers and sisters. We have once again declared a humanitarian mobilization and are dispatching dozens of aid trucks to Gaza whenever border access is available. With faith that great steps will be taken for a Free Palestine, we say: now is the time to heal the wounds.
As IDDEF, we distribute 25,000 liters of clean water daily with two water tankers, 1,200 chicken döner wraps, 500 packs of bread, 1,000 portions of rice, and canned meat. Every week, we deliver 3,000 food parcels containing fresh vegetables, fruits, and hygiene items according to need.

With Allah’s permission, we aim to send two or three aid trucks loaded with humanitarian supplies every week from our logistics warehouse in Cairo, Egypt, to the border. The Israeli occupation targets civilian areas in Gaza, bombing everything including schools and hospitals. Gaza’s Ministry of Health announced that Israel’s attacks have killed over 57,000 people — mostly women and children — and injured approximately 140,000.

As IDDEF, we continue delivering your aid to our Palestinian brothers and sisters in need of food assistance.

Our kitchens continue to operate, cooking hot meals for our brothers and sisters living under occupation and attack.

We continue distributing hot meals to our brothers and sisters who have taken refuge in schools to escape the bombings in Gaza.

During Eid al-Adha, Qurbans sacrificed for Gaza are delivered as canned meat, distributed both as canned food and cooked meals.

Hunger in Gaza has reached severe levels. The people of Gaza urgently need food to survive! We continue to stand by the people of Gaza with all our strength.

In the Gaza Strip, which has been under Israeli siege by air, land, and sea for about 18 years, more than 2 million people live within a 365-square-kilometer area. In response to increasing oppression and attacks by the Israeli occupation forces across all Palestinian territories, especially around Al-Aqsa Mosque, our Palestinian brothers and sisters have launched a resistance operation against Israel.
The desecration of the sanctity of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque has deeply wounded the hearts of the entire Islamic world. While we continue our educational, developmental, and humanitarian activities in the region, we follow the developments and Israeli attacks on our Palestinian brothers and sisters with grave concern. As IDDEF, we work to meet urgent needs, assess damages on-site, and stand shoulder to shoulder with our brothers and sisters in their time of hardship.

Due to the occupying Israeli regime’s attacks on civilians in Gaza, all aspects of life — especially health and education — have nearly come to a standstill, leaving our Palestinian brothers and sisters in desperate need of emergency assistance. As IDDEF, our teams continue providing fuel for hospitals and water facilities, medicine and medical supplies for healthcare centers, surgical operations for the injured, food parcels and hot meals, special aid packages for women and children, blankets, and mattresses.
The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) continues to deliver food parcels to the homes of genuine families in need in Palestine, a land of oppression and poverty in the Middle East. During Ramadan, with the support of our donors, IDDEF distributed fitra, zakat, food packages, and hot meals to Gaza. Throughout the year, IDDEF continues to deliver food parcels to Gaza. During the winter months, under the slogan “Goodness Warms,” IDDEF continues to stand by its Palestinian brothers and sisters in Gaza with the support of benevolent donors. Through these ongoing efforts, IDDEF ensures that the people of Palestine are never left alone.

In the Gaza Strip, which has been blockaded by Israel from land, sea, and air, our brothers and sisters live in deep poverty. Of the nearly 2 million people living in Gaza, around 1.3 million are in need of assistance. 47% of families struggle to access safe and healthy food. Crises in health, water, food, poverty, and unemployment are worsening by the day.

Due to the ongoing Israeli blockade, economic conditions in Gaza continue to deteriorate. Officials report that the average daily income per person is around $2, and unemployment among youth has reached 65%. Studies indicate that 85% of our Palestinian brothers and sisters live below the poverty line, while unemployment and loss of purchasing power continue to grow rapidly.

As needs in Gaza grow every day, we continue delivering your aid throughout the year to ease our brothers’ and sisters’ hardships, even a little. You too can lend a helping hand — share your meal by donating a food package for your brother or sister in need.
